All products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size or color or changed your mind. All sales are final, and no exceptions will be made.

We will not be liable for any products purchased by mistake. In circumstances where an extra or a different product is purchased by mistake, we would not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and are not responsible for its delivery to the customer.

By purchasing our products you acknowledge and agree to this no refund policy.

We only replace items if they are deemed to be defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, download and complete the exchange request form and email it to nfo@jehartdesign.com.There are certain situations where a reprint of the product may be available by the manufacturer if you believe the product to have a defect.

• You will need to provide up to 5 photos of the product showing the area where you believe the defect is. Accepted image formats include JPEG, JPG, and PNG (up to 15 MB each), and one video in MOV or MP4 format (up to 250 MB).
• if you bought an item more than 30 days ago, you cannot ask for a reprint or a refund for that item.
